Fist of Gold students participate in the community. Car washes defray travel costs to competitions. Parents and students work hard to make it a successful event on each occasion.
Students also participation in community projects and Pomona Beautification Days. Volunteering in the community is an important way for students to understand there are needs that they can fill.
The students are willing participants and they see the value of their work. Projects like this build brotherhood and a bond that can last a lifetime.
